Orders are prepared within 2–5 business days, and shipped via trusted carriers. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel begins its journey.

  • New Zealand orders: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days

  • International orders: Estimated delivery 7–21 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Returns Policy

Student Cancellation

We at Come Be Well understand that life can shift unexpectedly. If a student chooses to cancel their course registration more than 14 days before the scheduled start date, they are eligible for a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee to cover administrative costs.

For cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date, refunds are not available. However, in both cases, the full course fee may be held as credit, which can be applied toward a future Holy Fusion course. This ensures flexibility and continued access to healing pathways.

This policy applies to all students, whether the course was paid in full or through a payment plan.
